It’s been a while since I’ve posted a Workout Wednesday post. I’ve been spending my free period that I would normally do the working doing laps with a coworker. Exercise with a friend is always more enjoyable. But I decided I’ll start doing these immediately after work, before my Weigh In. They should be easy enough that I won’t be skewing my WI results, but hard enough that hopefully, if I do it right this week – sitting my be a little uncomfortable at the meeting
Today’s workout is not because I have any intention of wearing a bikini, but it looks interesting
Whose booty doesn’t need a little work? If yours doesn’t – kudos to you. But mine? Oh yeah, needs all the help it can get
