Last Monday I made a plan that looked a little something like this:

All in all – I did less than I planned, but I moved more during the day than I had been previously, so I could that as a win. I got in two of my three strength Best Body Bootcamp workouts. I have yet to make it to the Workout C this round yet. Here’s to hoping for this week! I could barely walk through Tuesday evening! On Sunday (not noted on the chart) I not only did workout A- butB and I did intervals for a mile. I was miserable Tuesday. Wednesday I was still feeling it a little, but not enough to keep me out.
This week is busy, so here’s my plan:
I’ve got a ton going on for both jobs this week, which is a bummer. I’ve got a required fac meeting for ob #2 on Tuesday, Training I’m offering for main job on Wednesday and it’s crazy spirit week at work for our huge rival on Friday. I’ll be pooped by Saturday. I work again on Sunday for my main job too. This is my pre-birthday weekend, but my parents (who I normally celebrate with prior to) will be out of town, so I won’t be celebrating there. The following week I’m getting a massage, having dinner with B and then the following weekend going to Columbus to celebrate my birthday (post birthday I guess) with a friend.
My goal this week is to move, move, move. I’d like to see 22 total APs for the week. Here’s to nothing
