I have been kicking my own ass with Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution.  I am LOVING it. I am only in week two, so maybe I’m just not beaten down yet, but by 4 days into any of her other videos, I’ve hated her. I totally plan on updating you guys with everything I’ve been doing and how it’s working for me in a different post. I feel like a loser all excited about something and then it fizzles away, so I’ve kept my mouth closed ;)

So, in order to get my workout in still and not kill myself, I picked a workout I could do while at work without getting too sweaty. I actually plan on doing this on both of my free periods, so going through it 2x before I leave work.

 10 Minute Cardio and Abs Circuit from PB Fingers.  Julie always has awesome workouts.

Join me for a little heavy breathing and get that HR going? :)

Some of those sound brutal for a whole minute… like high knees. Oy…. Good for you though for trying to do it during the work day, and twice! I’ll be lucky if I get any cardio in today. It’s a muscle building day for me :)
