I saw the 3rd annual Jelly Bean race a week or two ago, and mentioned to Alicia (who is my go to girl to keep me in check) and we both have signed up to run. I only registered for the 5k, but she’s doing 5 and 10k. The more events you enter, the more entries you have into winning a prize.
There’s also a half marathon and a bike ride. What makes me even more excited about this? I get a bib and a medal
It will be my 4th 5k, 1 was timed, the other three have been virtual. I like the virtual flexibility. The race dates are March 20-31, 2013. The race begins on the First Day of Spring and ends on Easter Sunday.
Seriously, go check it out. You have multiple days to fit it in your schedule, you get a little race bling, and you get to have some fun

Hey! Let’s do our 5ks on the same day? Not sure why I didn’t think of this before. Maybe we can think of some fun things to incorporate in our race to make it extra fun
Looks like fun! I know some people who do her races from time to time and they always seem to get good feed back. Very cool they’re doing medals this year!
