We’re all (ok, I hope it’s more than just me!) guilty of spending more time pinning workouts on Pinterest than actually doing them. SO I’ve decided I’ve had enough of that. I’m going to take my workouts that I pin so religiously, post them here, and then actually, you know, DO them, and report back about how it went. I love variety, and this should really help me not only give meaning to all the workouts I save, but help open my eyes to new things I love. If nothing jumps out to me on pinterest (which, I have yet to have that happen), I will try a workout dvd, video game or workout from someone’s blog. Either way, Wednesdays will officially equal sweat!
These workouts are workouts that I believe I can do with some possible modification, but that will challenge me and push me. If you have a workout board or workout circuit you think I should try, I’d love to give it a shot
This week’s first workout: Booty Murder (yikes!)

The link above has directions on how to do the moves.
Look for my report on how this went next week! If you just can’t wait, check out my tweets, I’m sure I’ll be complaining tomorrow
I challenge YOU to do this and report back as well. Are you up for it?

LOL Booty Murder! That only is worth trying it, right?? I am guilty of the same thing – pinning workouts on Pinterest and not doing them. I accept your challenge and will give one of them a try today.
Have you considered doing a link up for this?? I bet there are lots of us out there that could use motivation to put those Pins to good use!
I came across your blog b/c an image you used showed up in a Google search of mine, but the more I read, the more I see we have in common – how cool is that! Question – how do I subscribe? I can’t seem to find where to enter my email.
I’m not sure how the subscribe button disappeared! It’s fixed
